Born on February 21st, 1970 in Denver, Colorado Gerry Martinez has a passion for home and music that has driven him to write songs with insight, and melodies that echo in the minds of audiences for 35 years. Gerry has been involved with the music industry since an early age, under the tutelage of his father Marty Martinez, a veteran of the Denver and Las Vegas music markets, engineering his sound, as well as performing. He has appeared on many recordings for release, television, and films, and, also, performed on stage with regional and national acts, while continuously writing, recording, and producing music.
As a member of the Kiss Army since 1979, Gerry is influenced by the Commodores, The Beatles, Lynard Skynard and The Allman Brothers. He has brought his smooth, soulful 70’s vibe to the Legendary Kathouse Pickers since co-founding it in 2016.
